Power Cloud Consulting ("Power Cloud," "we," "us") operates powerclouderp.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only — data we access during a consulting engagement (for example, inside a client's NetSuite account) is governed by that engagement's agreement, not this policy.

The short version: we collect what you type into our forms plus standard analytics about how the Site is used. We use it to respond to you and improve the Site. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll do it within 5 business days.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on the Site, we collect what you enter — typically your name, organization, email address, phone number, and your message or answers — along with the page you submitted the form from. Submissions are delivered to our business inbox as email; the Site itself does not keep a database of submissions. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence the way any business does.

We use this information to respond to you, provide what you asked for (such as assessment results), and have an informed conversation if you want one. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing sequence.

Information collected automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how visitors found us. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can read how Google handles this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting and security. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses and request data to serve pages and protect against attacks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile evaluates browser signals and your IP address for that purpose.

Video embeds. Some pages include YouTube videos. We load them click-to-play: no YouTube player code runs until you press play. When you do, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and collect viewing data under its own privacy policy. Video thumbnail images are served from YouTube's image servers when a page displays.

Cookies

The only cookies set through the Site are Google Analytics cookies, plus any cookies YouTube sets after you choose to play a video. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the Site works fine without them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties that handle Site data are service providers acting on our instructions:

Google — usage analytics (Google Analytics) and video hosting (YouTube). Privacy policy
Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and bot protection. Privacy policy
Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email. Privacy policy

Beyond that, we would disclose information only if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger — in which case it would remain subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and correspondence are kept as ordinary business records for as long as we reasonably need them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated by Google.

Your choices and rights

Deletion. Email [email protected] (or reply to any email from us) and ask us to delete your data. We'll remove your submissions from our systems within 5 business days — for anyone, regardless of where you live.
Access and correction. Ask us what we have about you and we'll tell you; ask us to correct it and we will.
Analytics. Use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser.
Marketing email. We don't send marketing email unless you've asked for it. If we ever do, every message will include a working unsubscribe link.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. We apply the practices above to everyone, so you don't need to cite a statute — but if you want to make a request under a specific law, contact us and we'll respond as that law requires.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. The Site does not currently respond to these signals; the analytics opt-out and cookie controls above achieve the same result.

Security

The Site is served entirely over HTTPS, we collect the minimum information needed for each purpose, and no payment information is collected on the Site.

Where data is processed

The Site is operated from the United States and directed at businesses in North America. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

Children

The Site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Site handles information, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be noted here.
