What companies want to know before starting an AI consulting engagement.
Do we need to be a NetSuite customer to work with you?
No. Our AI consulting practice is independent of our NetSuite practice. We build AI strategy, custom Claude and GPT applications, agents, and MCP integrations for companies on any technology stack. If you do run NetSuite, you get the bonus of a partner who speaks both languages fluently.
Why Claude — and do you work with other AI platforms?
We specialize in Anthropic's Claude for reasoning-heavy enterprise work, and our consultants hold Anthropic's advanced architect certifications. But we're not a one-model shop: we build with OpenAI's GPT models, Google Gemini, and open models like Llama and Mistral where they're the better fit. The recommendation always follows your use case, budget, and data requirements.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
This is one of the first things we address in every engagement. Commercial API agreements from the major providers do not train on your business data by default, and we review each provider's data-handling and retention policies against your compliance requirements. We also design for data minimization — sending only what the task needs — and can add proxy architectures for an extra layer of control.
What's a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and why would we want one?
MCP is the open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude securely connect to your business systems — so instead of a chatbot that knows nothing about your company, you get one that can look up your orders, your inventory, your customers.
