Rapid Assessment
Been through a NetSuite implementation that didn’t land?
Most of the environments we get called into were not broken by one bad decision. They drifted. A workaround here, an unfinished module there, until the system people were promised and the system they actually use stopped being the same thing. Our Rapid Assessment is how we find out which of those you are dealing with, before anyone starts quoting a fix.
The go-live date keeps moving
Every revised timeline arrives with a new explanation, and none of them is the one that would actually fix the schedule.
Your team is quietly back in spreadsheets
The system went live. The work never moved into it. Month-end still runs on exports and someone’s private workbook.
Nobody can explain the customizations
Scripts and workflows built by people who have since moved on, which everyone now works around rather than touches.
Your last partner stopped returning calls
The hours were billed and the issues stayed open. The relationship ended somewhere before the project did.
What you walk away with
- A clear read on what is actually wrong: configuration, data, process, or the plan the project was built on.
- A prioritized list separating what has to be fixed before anything else can move from what can safely wait.
- An honest estimate of the work, including the parts your own team can handle without paying us to do them.
